OUR BACKGROUND

It is our belief that a superior eating experience is the primary driver of demand in our industry. To that end, our family has worked over the years to hone our cow herd into one that produces that high quality product. We have made great strides with more than 90% of our beef now grading CAB & Prime. It was that effort to produce the highest quality beef possible that drove us to search all over the country for genetics that met our standards. Then we thought,"why don't we just raise our own?" So we did. Starting with three registered heifers purchased from Slagle Angus in 2012, we have built a registered herd of high performing cattle that we are proud of.
